Our Senior Managing Consulting Partner, Ingmar Hermans, continues to provide Revenue Transformation guidance on a new project where he’s acting as Programme Management Officer (PMO) supporting Lieven Vanstraelen.
For this project Lieven Vanstraelen has embarked on a journey to create the first digital cloud-platform to design, tender, contract and manage energy transition projects and programmes for both public and private sector organisations.
The mission in this project is to:
· Become the leading digital cloud platform for energy transition projects in Europe and beyond via strategic and operational regional partnerships
· Create and operate the first digital e-marketplace for the energy services sector
· Enable the creation of hundreds of Energy Transition projects including the energy renovation of millions of squared metres of large building space
As well as utilising his expert PMO skills for this project, Ingmar and the team at Walpole Partnership are also excited to be working with and learning from Lieven Vanstraelen as a visionary and ambassador of the global shift from fossil fuels to sustainable energy sources.
