Andy Pieroux

Managing Director

Andy Pieroux is the founder and Managing Director of Walpole Partnership. He has worked with Oracle CPQ/BigMachines in Enterprise IT since 2010 and had over 15 years in business roles before that at Xerox.

His first-hand extensive experience in Sales, Product Management and Pricing Management makes him uniquely aware of the challenges facing customers who invest in CPQ systems.

Since founding Walpole Partnership, Andy has delivered some of the largest and most complex pan-European Oracle CPQ/BigMachines implementations in Europe. In addition to this, he is an accomplished CPQ and sales skills trainer and is also a qualified project manager.

When he’s not overseeing the business operations and team at Walpole Partnership, Andy can often be found going nowhere fast in a Peloton spin class. He is also a devoted father and husband.

Lisa Zevi

Director

Lisa Zevi is an operational business coach based in Dubai. She has been building productive teams, driving change and helping people get organised for twenty-five years. She has extensive experience of hiring, managing and retaining great people and now works with business owners of fast-growing small businesses, helping them free up their time, scale their operations, get out of the day-to-day and build strong, inclusive teams.

She is a TEDx speaker and author of two books – the Amazon Number 1 bestseller: ‘The REAL Entrepreneur: How to simplify, grow and enjoy your business’ and recently published ‘The Business of Freedom: How to escape employment and build a business that works for you.’ She is also involved in property and angel investing.

Having worked for Xerox Europe in several sales and managerial roles, and for Xerox India as Channel Sales and Marketing Manager, Lisa drove the deployment of Lean Six Sigma across Eastern Europe, Turkey and Israel. She mentored Green and Black Belts as they delivered process improvement projects throughout the region. She also played a key role in Xerox’s implementation of SAP CRM system across the EMEA region.

Lisa has also worked with several investment banks, bringing her process re-engineering and people management skills to their risk organisations, and helping them comply with the increasingly complex regulatory environment.

With a focus on supporting and developing the team at Walpole Partnership as the company grows, Lisa enables us to help more customers achieve their goals.

Lisa is an avid scuba diver and loves to travel. She uses fitness, meditation and yoga to help her manage her busy life!

Ingmar Hermans

Senior Managing Partner Consultant

Ingmar Hermans is a Senior Consultant at Walpole Partnership and has been working closely with Andy Pieroux, the founder and Managing Director of
Walpole Partnership, since 2014.

Ingmar has worked with Oracle CPQ/BigMachines technology since 2007 and had over 15 years of enterprise business experience at Kodak before becoming a business and IT consultant in 2013.

His extensive experience in Sales, Service, Operations and Managerial Finance, has allowed Ingmar to develop a thorough understanding of the key challenges faced when automating Awareness-to-Cash business processes, particularly in B2B environments.

Ingmar has delivered some of the largest and most complex pan-European and global Oracle CPQ/BigMachines implementations in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

As the Programme Manager at Walpole Partnership, he has led the team in a significant number of client projects, from initial project qualification, discovery and scoping, through to requirements gathering, full project and managed service delivery, and then through customer success management.

Ingmar’s passion is helping clients to place core cloud IT technology, including
CPQ implementation and integrations, at the heart of their business for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Subscription Management (SMC).

His primary aim is to fuel the growth of Walpole Partnership by demonstrating leadership, based on his deal making experience, with a clear focus on results and with ultimate client programme responsibility.

In his spare time, Ingmar enjoys playing badminton and golf, and spending time with his large family.

Pradeep Agrawal

CPQ Solution Architect

Pradeep Agrawal has implementation experience in CPQ across different industries. He has designed and implemented CPQ for multiple enterprise customers including Xerox, Varian and Keysight. 

He also has experience of implementing Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce and other CRM systems.

Pradeep holds certifications in Oracle CPQ and Salesforce and also has a degree in Computer Science.

In his free time, Pradeep can be found passing on his computer and CPQ skills to his son.

Liz Applebee

Head of Operations

Liz Applebee is Head of Operations at Walpole Partnership and has worked in Finance and Operations for over 20 years.

Liz is a CIMA qualified accountant and has worked in a variety of industries, most predominantly in Financial Services and latterly in the Independent Research sector.

Before having children, Liz travelled through South America and settled in Sydney, Australia for a period of time where she worked as a contract accountant. In more recent years, she took on a broader role in Operations which was underpinned by her training and strong foundation as an accountant.

Liz is committed to developing the structures and processes already in place at Walpole Partnership which will enable the business to grow seamlessly.

Originally from South Wales, Liz now lives in London and enjoys singing with her local community choir and cycling in her free time.

Jenna Arkwright - Project Delivery Manager

Jenna Arkwright

Project Delivery Manager

Jenna Arkwright joined Walpole Partnership after a varied career working in the Telecoms sector.

Jenna started at Vodafone, where she quickly moved into Team Management and successfully lead B2B sales teams for 7 years before deciding that process improvement was her passion. She worked in several roles in process improvement, project management and change management and gained experience in delivering large scale transformation programmes with proven results of improving customer experience and cost saving. These results were primarily achieved through increasing efficiency and digitalisation.

Using a broad tool kit of project management skills, including experience of Six-Sigma, Prince II and Agile methodologies, Jenna has experience of working with/across Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Sales teams and has first-hand experience of CRM and EPM implementation.

Jenna prides herself on having a people-focused approach and is committed to fully understanding the demands of her customers, so she can best serve their needs.

Outside of work, Jenna is kept busy by her 2 small children and has a passion for holidays, travel and spending time with her family and friends.

Omar Bendada

Partner Consultant

Omar Bendada is the general manager of Ben Consulting Services and is a PROS Smart CPQ and Salesforce CPQ specialist.

During his nine years’ experience, he has held several roles which have enabled him to cover all the phases of CPQ project implementation, and he has worked in the Telecommunications, Distribution and Industry sectors.

Omar helps companies realise the full potential of their CPQ projects, and this always motivates him to increase his CPQ knowledge and implementation skills.

Daniel Cunningham

Daniel Cunningham

Senior Managing Consultant

Daniel Cunningham started his career over 20 years ago, and has primarily worked in business analysis roles and on a wide variety of enterprise level software implementations, in a broad range of industries.

Daniel has successfully delivered significant business change using Agile methodologies for multiple clients including a global accountancy body, manufacturers and in the service sector.

Since joining Walpole Partnership, Daniel has worked on greenfield CPQ implementations for supply chain providers, Fintech companies, hi-tech manufacturing businesses and international telecoms providers amongst others, both as a senior business analyst and in a quality assurance and project oversight role.

He currently manages a team of business analysts, co-leads the Walpole Partnership delivery function, provides quality assurance across multiple projects and is also working on partner development.

Daniel prides himself on constantly exceeding customer expectations and delivering CPQ projects of the highest quality. He values being thoughtful, analytical, an excellent communicator and an approachable manager.

When not working he is learning Spanish, to play the piano and road cycling.

Emeline D’Amore

Project Manager Consultant

Emeline D’Amore is a Project Manager Consultant at Walpole Partnership.

She has a huge amount of CPQ experience, mainly due to her participation in several Pros Smart CPQ projects in a number of diverse industries.

In addition to her specialist CPQ knowledge, Emeline has a certified skill set in Project Management, and gained this qualification at Centrale Lille.

She is a strong believer in agility and is a team player, but ultimately, the satisfaction of her customers is always top of her list of priorities.

Emeline relaxes by being creative. She enjoys making music, writing stories, and crafting gifts for friends and family.

Davy Donders

Project Delivery Consultant

Davy Donders’ main goal is to help customers optimise their quotation process so that they are sending accurate and professional quotes with speed to the customer.

Davy’s CPQ experience started in his Business Development role at Rexel and Honeywell, following a 15-year career in technical management in IT and TELCOs. Since Davy decided to make a career change to Sales, particularly at Somfy, he delivered significant growth as the Sales and Channel Manager for Somfy’s Project Business. Supported by his experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce CRM and BigMachines (now Oracle CPQ Cloud), Davy was appointed Global Business Stream Leader for Project Business alongside his operational business activity. He was instrumental in Somfy’s process to successfully implement and integrate Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ and BaaN ERP. As part of the Business Advisor team to Somfy’s Steering Committee, Davy was involved in the early stages of the CRM and CPQ project through to delivering successful go-live and post go-live support.

As a key contributor to this process Davy now brings with him a unique business insight and a wealth of experience that will allow him to excel in his consulting role at Walpole Partnership.

When he’s not working, Davy can be found playing or coaching volleyball. He’s the head coach to a female team in which both his daughters play. He also enjoys taking his dog for a long early morning walk each day.

Terry Gardener

Project Manager

Terry Gardener is a qualified Business Change/Project Manager.

Terry was based in the East End of London, then moved out to Essex and now resides in South Wales (the Brecon Beacons) where he has lived for the last 15yrs, during which time he took a break from working life and helped to build a house for his family.

He stared his career in retail where he had the to opportunity to get involved in the first UK rollout of EPOS, which is where his interest in IT started. Throughout the last 2 decades Terry has had the opportunity to work on IT projects with top tier clients from a variety of industries including Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, Telecoms, Construction, Communications, Entertainment, Automobile and Travel.

Terry has 4 children and is a keen cyclist. He is also a fan of classic cars and enjoys tinkering with them when he has some free time.

Debs Hayden Waters

Salesforce Administrator & Consultant

Debs Hayden Waters joined Walpole Partnership from the Higher Education sector, where she spent the last seven years managing projects and developing partnerships.

It was during her second maternity leave in her previous job that Debs decided to train as a Salesforce Administrator. She passed her Salesforce Administrator Certificate with flying colours and quickly enrolled on a consultancy course. She is putting her bang up to date training and enthusiasm into her first role in this line of work at Walpole Partnership.

Despite this being Debs’ first role as a Salesforce Administrator, Debs’ skills are broad and numerous, and before working in Higher Education, she worked in events management in both the public and private sectors. Debs enjoys taking on the challenge of a project, with full responsibility from beginning to end, whilst building good working relationships with the key stakeholders.

Originally from Dublin, Debs spent much of her 20s travelling the world. She now lives in Suffolk with her husband and 2 boys, and when she does have any spare time, she enjoys reading, creative activities (like scrapbooking/printmaking) and is known to be up at 6am doing a HIIT workout while the rest of the house sleeps.

Ian Jenkins

Senior Consultant – Project Delivery

Ian Jenkins heads up the Delivery function at Walpole Partnership, leading our project management and PMO capability and ensuring that we meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our customers.

Ian is an experienced IT Operations, Project and Programme Manager, having worked for 18 years within a leading UK Telecommunications provider. Before moving into the telecoms industry, he worked for Sara Lee Bakeries, Derbyshire Chilled Foods and Salvesen Food Services. Ian is experienced in ITIL, SOX, Prince2, Agile and SAFe and has defined, negotiated, and managed many implementation and contract partnerships. He has been instrumental in several successful business transformation projects delivering system rationalisation and pushing for early adoption and benefits realisation of SaaS (with an emphasis on CRM and CPQ).

Ian has managed projects, support and delivery teams and is a strong advocate of collaboration and transparency. He has regularly taken the role of technical lead representing a business function often influencing the IT architecture blueprint and strategy to meet the ever-evolving needs of the business.

He has been instrumental in establishing delivery best practices for Walpole Partnership, and he champions the continual improvement of our ways of working.

Ian is a keen golfer, playing off a single figure handicap, and is also a two wheel motorsport advocate and gig-goer (he describes himself as an ‘ageing rocker’!).

Shreetika Kesharwani

Enterprise Architect

Shreetika Kesharwani undertook a Bachelor of Engineering degree which specialised in Computer Science and since graduating has gained experience in application development and testing, analysis and optimization, integrating data structures, customization, hardware configurations and maintenance.

She’s worked in top multi-national corporations such as Wipro and Capgemini and is highly trained and certified in CPP and Agile software development.

Shreetika is capable of meeting tight deadlines and has excellent analytical and communications skills. She also has experience of coordinating and implementing activities planned with onsite/offshore teams.

With a willingness to explore emerging technologies, Shreetika is keen to learn about implementing new CPQ systems such as Logik.io and Elfsquad CPQ.

Chief Revenue Officer

Cassa Khan has over 35 years of experience in the Software and Services sector, guiding organisations of all sizes through their digital transformation journey.

Having represented international companies such as SAP, AT&T and Oracle, Cassa has expertise in advising on a full spectrum of business processes and across most industries.

Cassa is dedicated to ensuring business is conducted with integrity and is passionate about delivering true customer value.

As a self-confessed global citizen with extensive experience of working throughout EMEA, Cassa is currently based out of Dubai where he has served the Eastern & Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa region for the past 8 years.

When not acting as chauffeur to his 2 teenage sons with their busy social and sporting commitments, Cassa can be seen playing a spot of golf and cricket, and also enjoys cooking.

Project Manager

Arina Kurchina is an experienced Project Manager with over 30 years’ experience of delivering IT projects.

Arina has a degree in computer science, and prior to moving to the UK, lived in Almaty, Kazakhstan. She has a successful career in IT and regularly uses her skills to support, develop, and test software in addition to managing software related implementations for a wide range of businesses. Organisations such as AT&T, Zurich, AXA, Boeing and NHS Blood and Transplant have benefited from her experience and knowledge in delivering complex transformational projects.

In addition to her work as a Project Manager, Arina is also a qualified Hypno-CBT practitioner and specialises in smoking cessation, stress and anxiety and insomnia.

Soban Kuruvikar

NSPB Delivery Consultant

Soban Kuruvikar is a NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) Delivery Consultant and a certified Scrum master with 15 years of experience working for companies including Oracle Consulting, GE, HCL and Oracle Corporation in implementing Hyperion EPM Products.

Hayley McDonald

Executive Assistant

Hayley McDonald brings over 20 years administrative and executive support experience to Walpole Partnership which includes diary management, the booking of extensive travel arrangements and events organisation. 

She has led and supported specific projects taking a number of companies through significant change and has experience of working in the Commercial, Financial, Technology and Charity sectors.

Achal Meshram

CPQ Technical Lead

Achal Meshram has experience of working with numerous CPQ products, including Oracle CPQ, and she has been involved with many CPQ implementation projects, all with complex requirements.

Achal is extremely hard-working and motivated, and has a degree in Computer Technology.

Business Analyst

Alec Morton has a history of working with various companies serving the public sector, with previous roles that have been more technically focused.

At Walpole Partnership, Alec uses his technical knowledge in conjunction with his functional/operational knowledge to fulfil a hybrid role which facilitates the successful delivery of any implementation project.

When he’s not working, Alec enjoys cooking, doing DIY or home automation projects and travelling.

Lesley Murray

Business Analyst Consultant

Lesley Murray is an experienced ISEB qualified Business Analyst and Project Manager.

Lesley has a degree in computer science, and prior to having children, lived in Ottawa, Canada and Boston, Massachusetts. When living in North America, Lesley worked at high-tech organisations including Corel Corporation as a database administrator and Onyx Software as a pre-sales engineer selling their CRM solution.

After having children, Lesley worked as a Project Manager and then as an ISEB qualified Business Analyst at organisations including Scottish Water, SSE, Clydesdale Bank, Police Scotland and ACCA. She has extensive experience of working on high-profile digital transformation and migration projects.

Lesley is a keen cyclist, skier and walker who loves living in Scotland.

Divya Patel

CPQ Lead Developer

Divya Patel has experience of numerous web technologies including HTML/CSS and has worked extensively with CPQ products, including Oracle CPQ. 

Divya is a graduate of Electronics and Communication. She is a quick learner, highly motivated and likes to explore emerging technologies.

Akshay Singh

CPQ Lead Developer

Akshay Singh is a CPQ Lead Developer at Walpole Partnership and has a wide experience of implementing CPQ projects. He is highly trained and has achieved technical certification in CPP, JAVA, Oracle & BML Advanced development.

The implementation of BOM Mapping and System Configuration in Oracle CPQ Cloud is a specific area of expertise for Akshay, and he is also skilled at the integration of complex data structures and APIs, including testing and code optimisation.

Akshay is an Oracle CX Sales Certified Implementation Specialist and an CPQ Certified Implementation Specialist.

Raju Singh

NSPB Delivery Consultant

Raju Singh is one of Walpole Partnership’s NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) Delivery Consultants. He has an MBA in Finance with 13 years of experience working with NSPB and Hyperion products.

He has served many well-known industry clients including Unilever, Paramount, Alshaya, Praxair and Star TV.

Vishal Talpallikar

Solutions Architect. Technical Lead. Experienced Enterprise CPQ Expert.

Vishal Talpallikar has a wealth of expertise in Configuration, Pricing and Quoting tools and has designed and implemented some of the largest and best CPQ, CRM and pricing systems in the world.

His roles as a lead Solutions Architect for BigMachines Professional Services, as a Consultant for PROS, Inc and as a Development Lead for Wipro Corporation give Vishal unparalleled experience, backed up by his MSc in Computer Science.

Shweta Verma

Offshore Resource Manager

Shweta Verma has an MBA specialising in Human Resources. She has been working for over 17 years and has experience of being a customer services professional for a telecoms company and has also been an HR manager in an IT services company.

In her free time, Shweta loves listening to music and spending time with her kids.

Simone Whitbread

Executive Assistant

Simone Whitbread has supported senior executives and entrepreneurs across a variety of industries, including Private Banking, Executive Coaching and Diversity and Inclusion for the last 20 years, and does this through her own business, The Premier PA.

Simone will be applying her project management skills to a variety of projects at Walpole Partnership, with her main focus being within the Human Resources function.

Away from work, Simone enjoys countryside walks with her dog and has recently dusted off her golf clubs again!

Gareth Williams

Project Manager

Gareth Williams joined Walpole Partnership with a wealth of project management and business analysis knowledge.

Gareth started his career in planning and scheduling at a small utilities business that was acquired by Balfour Beatty. His approach to improving his own working processes lead to a role as a Business Improvement Project Manager. Initially, he focused on system implementation and business efficiency, and then moved into projects to improve safety. For the last 8 years he has worked at BPP University as a PM and BA Manager, but more recently he moved into the Architecture team to broaden his technical knowledge.


Outside of work, aside from being busy with his two children, Gareth coaches Olympic weightlifting to all ages and abilities in a community gym. He also likes to get out on his motorbike if the weather is nice.

Stuart Wymant

Customer Success Manager

Stuart Wymant is a Customer Service/Sales expert with 12 years management experience working for large corporates such as BSKYB, Vodafone and RBS. 

Most recently in his role as a CCM (Contact Centre Manager), Stuart managed 80-200 full time employees within an outsourced environment for Promotional Logistics. Accountabilities included Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Operations and CX delivery across a wide variety of complex CRM platforms.

Stuart is a strong advocate for process improvement and enjoys being involved in large business transformation projects designed to improve both employee and customer engagement. As a result, Stuart can leverage his experience to mitigate problems and maximise positive outcomes with Walpole Partnership’s customers.

On a weekend, Stuart can be found ‘spoiling a good walk’ on a golf course or enjoying great food and socialising with family and friends.

Seema Yadav

CPQ Lead Developer

Seema Yadav has been involved with many CPQ implementation projects, all with complex requirements, and she is familiar with numerous CPQ products, especially Oracle CPQ Cloud. She also has experience of different web technologies including HTML, PHP, CSS etc.

Seema has a degree in computer applications, and is highly self-motivated, hard-working and likes to explore emerging technologies.

Alexandra Yates

Marketing and Alliances

Alexandra Yates manages Walpole Partnership’s marketing, communications and alliances. 

Alex has experience of event management, fundraising, sales, business development, marketing and social media management. She has worked in a variety of industries including the retail industry and the heritage sector, in such notable places as Harrods, St Paul’s Cathedral and the Science Museum.

Just before joining Walpole Partnership, she enjoyed being involved with smaller companies including a city-based catering company, a market research recruitment consultancy, and a start-up branding agency. She relishes the opportunity to be able to bring about change more easily in a smaller business, where her creative ideas have a greater impact.

The knowledge and skills that Alex has gained in different jobs, sectors and organisations allow her to contribute to the creation and implementation of Walpole Partnership’s marketing and alliances strategy.

Alex enjoys singing, urban walking and spending time with her family in her spare time.
