We’re continuing our work with a leading European agri-solutions company, providing hands-on functional and technical consulting support across their PROS CPQ & Pricing platform.

With a solid Quote-to-Order foundation in place, our current focus is on the operational and technical maturity of PROS CPQ, including:
– Structuring CPQ governance models (ownership, RACI, release control)
– Designing scalable pricing logic and approval frameworks
– Supporting country roll-outs using repeatable configuration patterns
– Improving data readiness and master-data alignment with CRM/ERP
– Optimising approval flows, rule performance, and maintainability
– Supporting testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT) and hypercare after go-live
– Enabling admin teams with clear configuration standards and change processes

Our role spans the full lifecycle – from process alignment and pricing governance through to CPQ configuration, troubleshooting, optimisation, and continuous improvement, ensuring the platform remains stable, scalable, and admin-friendly as it grows.
