At Walpole Partnership, we’re continuing to support one of our major transport & logistics clients as we move through the next phase of their billing transformation journey.
During the latest Steering Committee, we confirmed the completion of key deliverables including the Solution Requirements Document, process cartography, and the data model now moving into final validation. We also refined integration points, aligned terminology, updated risks and dependencies, and prepared the next BillingPlatform Proof-of-Concept focused on a complex billing scenario.
These milestones strengthen the foundation for informed technology decisions, scalable workflows, and future billing harmonisation across entities.
