Walpole Partnership works closely with each customer to optimise the Change Request (CR) management process. Following go-live in a cloud production environment, stakeholder alignment with IT / platform administration takes place. This collaboration is vital to optimising a controlled and considered CR process.
We promote the following best practice, whereby CRs are qualified according to a predefined Change Request evaluation matrix (see image). This allows for the CRs to be classified, grouped and prioritised for completion by the Walpole Partnership support team.
Our team also advises customers to run a Change Advisory Board (CAB) that oversees any change request activity. This ensures adherence to the required CR documentation and decision making process for actual implementation.
