Oracle CX Revenue Transformation and AI Partner Briefing

It was great to attend Oracle’s CX Revenue Transformation and AI Strategy Partner Briefing in London last week. A packed room of CX, ERP and Supply Chain partners digging into how AI and Oracle Fusion are reshaping revenue end-to-end, and good to see Oracle CPQ Cloud firmly at the centre of the story.

Big thanks to Elizabeth Shaheen, Arthur Carlucci, Adam Thomas and Orabi M. for the session and for bringing it to life!

Three takeaways stood out for us at Walpole Partnership:

1) Revenue transformation is an enterprise issue – it’s not just a sales or CPQ problem. Product, pricing, supply chain, billing, revenue recognition and incentives all have to line up. CX is where the impact is felt, but the causes are enterprise-wide.

2) Unification is becoming non-negotiable – a single product master, consistent pricing across channels, and CPQ, subscription management and incentive compensation on Fusion. The demo showing products flowing automatically from Fusion into CPQ made the direction very clear – less integration, more value from shared data.

3) AI is becoming the orchestration layer – less “nice assistant”, more coordinated agents keeping opportunities moving and surfacing the right insights at the right time. Future CX projects will be judged as much on intelligence delivered to users as on process design.

For a CPQ and Subscription Management specialist like Walpole Partnership, this plays to our strengths – simplifying complex product and pricing estates, tightening CPQ-to-billing and incentive compensation, and layering AI on top of cleaner data.

I left the session with two clear impressions. Firstly, that Oracle is serious about making CX an enterprise‑wide revenue platform, and secondly, that AI is rapidly becoming the glue that will hold that story together. For those of us in the Oracle CX ecosystem, the next couple of years are going to be busy, and interesting.

Finally it was a great chance to reconnect with familiar faces, aside from those presenting. From the partner community, it was good to see Andy Stevens and the Boxfusion Consulting team, Charlotte Baillie, Mike Bramble and the Enigen crew, and Vivek Hingorani from Pierce Washington. It’s great to know that in the midst of all the exciting changes, some things remain reassuringly constant!
