Earlier this week Ingmar Hermans and Ian Jenkins from Walpole Partnership attended the Oracle Red Bull Racing event at Red Bull Racing’s F1 HQ in Milton Keynes, UK. Highlights of the day included insights into enhancing customer experience and the Oracle Red Bull transformation story. The key takeaways from the day were around measuring the Voice of the Business (financials, business processes and workforce management), leveraging real time data from customers, which shapes fit for purpose services and solutions, and confirming that great CX, including CPQ, is all about data validation through testing, benchmarking and experimentation.
At the event we were delighted to host Elekta, our strategic customer account, represented by Elekta’s Director for Global Marketing Commercialization Operations and Technology, Howard Millington. This is the first time in over 2 years that we have been able to meet with Howard face-to-face, and we openly discussed business challenges related to CPQ, subscription management and related change management topics. We were also pleased that Ian picked up the prize for his P2 racing performance in the Red Bull F1 racing simulator!
Thanks all to all that organised the event and to the speakers which included Emma Sutton, Ian Golding, Zoe Chilton, Amr Elrawi, Andy Kulina, Ed Swain and Louis Albers.
