It was great to be back at the ExCel Centre in London yesterday for Oracle CloudWorld!
There were some brilliant keynote sessions but the real worth for us was being at some of the sessions where customers shared their Revenue transformation stories. The colossal impact that unlocking the power of data has on an organisation was the key takeaway for most Oracle CloudWorld attendees.
Other significant messages were also communicated as part of the events that took place throughout the day. Firstly, the importance of anticipating future business requirements and process changes, using automation wherever possible, was stressed as instrumental to future-proof a business. In addition, the assembled audience was being encouraged to go beyond looking at cost optimisation and use transformation as a growth opportunity with revenue acceleration. Finally, one of our favourite takeaways was reimaging “partnership as the new leadership”. There was a strong message that there should be a constant focus on innovation from within each partner ecosystem so that we are able to drive value for our clients and deliver that value with integrity and without surprises.
In addition to being at some brilliant sessions with some powerful takeaways, we also enjoyed seeing old friends and contacts, and meeting some new ones too. It was great to see Kerry Nutley, Steve Bradburn, Ivo Enters, Nadire Muge Gokcek, Ed Swain, Alexandra Toro-Gallego, Alexandra Villain Lecompte, Tejas Joshi, David Pugsley, Jon Watson and Arun Majumdar.
Thank you to all those that were involved with making Oracle CloudWorld London 2023 a worthwhile event to be at and such a success.
