The Walpole Partnership team has had a good break over the festive season and are back and working hard, as it is already shaping up to be a very busy CPQ-focused year. But before we get too far into 2019, we want to take a moment to look forward, and to consider what we hope this year will hold for us and share it with you.
Once more, we are restating that our laser-like focus is on CPQ solutions for our clients. While this is nothing new for us, we believe it’s important to resist the temptation to diversify while we still have so much to offer in our chosen niche. We believe that we are the experts in CPQ, and we will continue to prove that to the world.
Within this framework, our challenge to ourselves is to grow even faster. We expanded rapidly last year and it’s been great to see the team grow. We plan on becoming bigger and stronger than ever in 2019.
Throughout this year it is important for us to ensure that we don’t lose focus with our growth. To achieve that there are two further goals which we need to keep in sight. We must continue to maintain and build incredible team spirit which has fuelled our success to date. However, we also need to guarantee that our team workload is balanced – making sure everyone has the goldilocks levels of stress and comfort – not too much to become overloaded, but just enough to drive fulfilment and great results for our clients. We’ll also need to invest in people to ensure this happens, and thats down to our MD, Andy Pieroux, and Operations Director, Lisa Zevi, to maintain.
Another goal that we are setting for ourselves, is to do a better job of celebrating our clients’ success during 2019. We are keen to help them show what they’ve achieved with our help, so well be looking to make sure they get the recognition they deserve.
Finally, we are renewing our commitment to supporting charities that have meaning to our team and we are pledging 1% of our turnover to support some great causes.
