We spent a great day last week at the Oracle CX Partner Showcase in Dublin. A fine city, with friendly people, played host to many of the Oracle partners. We were given the opportunity to meet with a number of the Oracle Direct sales teams and managers, as well as the chance to build relationships with other great partners who provide CX solutions.
Our key takeaways from the day are:-
- The partner ecosystem for Oracle CX is stronger than ever. We enjoyed seeing some familiar faces and making new contacts. Great ideas and opportunities were shared in the true spirit of co-operation which can only benefit Oracle CX customers current and future.
- The customer facing Oracle people we met were highly motivated to deliver great value to their clients. We were quizzed on how we could provide innovative solutions to help their customers sell more, interact with their clients better and save them time and money through Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions across a wide range of industries from Telecoms and Hi-Tech, through Media, Engineering, Professional Services and more. We’re confident we delivered and we look forward to helping more organisations in partnership with Oracle. Our thanks go to Morne Hechter for welcoming us to the event and giving his teams the chance to work with us.
- The Irish (and all other nationalities involved) can party! The social element of the day was gratefully received, and was an excellent chance to put the world to rights in a less formal setting. Our thanks go to Henry Legg, Scott Falconer and Kate Lynskey for organising such a great day.
