Ingmar Hermans and Martin Gogué had the pleasure of representing Walpole Partnership at the Oracle Colombes offices yesterday, and it was truly energising to reconnect with so many familiar faces and meet new ones across the CPQ and CX community.
A special thank you to for Pascale Dray-Rudzki hosting us so warmly and creating an environment where great conversations and new ideas could flourish.
We also really enjoyed the insightful exchanges with Rob Pinkerton, Louis Albers, Timothee de Valence, and Fabien Speter. It’s always inspiring to spend time with people who share the same passion for elevating Customer Experience through innovation and collaboration.
One of the standout moments of the day was diving into the capabilities of the Oracle AI Agent Studio. Seeing how AI-powered CX use cases can be brought to life with a pragmatic, hands-on approach opened up exciting possibilities, especially for organisations looking to accelerate intelligent automation within their Oracle CX and CPQ ecosystems.
We’re heading home with new insights, renewed energy, and lots of ideas to bring back to our customers and partners. What AI Agent insights are you taking forward? We’re curious about what AI can do for your CX or CPQ strategy and we’d be delighted to connect to keep the conversation going!
