Recently, our very own Senior Managing Partner, Ingmar Hermans, visited Elfsquad HQ in the Netherlands where he facilitated a CPQ knowledge session with the commercial team.
Ingmar presented the CPQ Maturity Model and highlighted how this model is mapped to the CPQ industrial manufacturing industry for the Enterprise market.
In addition to leading this interactive session, Ingmar also had a chance to catch up with Elfsquad core team members including Jildou Kracht, Eelke Kramer, Jelmer Reitsma, Stephan Joesten and Jan Brolsma.
Ingmar is looking forward to presenting his next session at Elfsquad later in the year which will be about creating a value-based strategy based on an effective CPQ maturity vision with clear target setting for quote-to-cash stakeholders tackling the dynamics of the new market reality in ‘digital’ enterprise organisations.
