Yesterday we spent a fantastic day at Agentforce World Tour London 2026 at ExCeL, connecting with customers, partners and the wider Salesforce community. This year’s event was packed with energy and innovation, with a strong focus on how organisations are becoming Agentic Enterprises through the combination of AI, trusted data and human expertise. One of the highlights of the day was seeing Salesforce UKI CEO Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE on stage with Michael McIntyre. Zahra handled the conversation brilliantly, balancing humour with genuine insight and setting the tone for an engaging and inspiring event.
The really interesting breakout sessions for us focussed on Agentforce Revenue Management. These sessions explored how Salesforce is helping businesses streamline complex revenue processes, improve forecasting and unlock new opportunities through AI-powered automation. The sessions reinforced how important it is for organisations to build scalable, data-driven foundations that enable both growth and operational efficiency as AI capabilities continue to evolve.
As always, the real value comes from the conversations throughout the day. We enjoyed catching up with familiar faces, meeting new members of the Salesforce ecosystem, and discussing how businesses are turning AI strategy into real-world outcomes. It was great to see Mary Lyons Mader, Michael Kiruba-Raja, Jamie Trigg, Fred Wilkinson, Vishal Talpallikar, Steve Crosby, Karan Bhadiadra, Michelle Auchinachie, Charles Bullock, Abbey Byford, Steve Bradburn, Natalie Porter (Lane), Zuzana Chalanyova, Feroze Shanmughanathan, Dominic O’Regan, Christophe Lafont, Carl Smith, Zaki Naqvi.
Thank you to Salesforce for another inspiring event!
