The Walpole Partnership has been around a while, explore our history

2013

Walpole Partnership was founded by Andy Pieroux. Andy had a background of working in business roles, and several years of CPQ experience in Enterprise IT. The company became a BigMachines Partner shortly after it was formed, and its first client was based in the UK.

2014

Oracle’s acquisition of BigMachines meant that Walpole Partnership became an Oracle Partner. In addition, the company joined the SteelBrick Partner Programme and the CallidusCloud Partner Programme. Walpole Partnership’s reputation for excellence in implementing CPQ began to grow and the company gained its first mainland European client and started delivering training for Oracle University.

2015

To cater for clients in mainland Europe, an office in Belgium became established and Fixed Scope offerings were defined. Walpole Partnership became ISO27001 certified (the international information security standard) and also strengthened its ties with other organisations implementing Oracle products by joining UKOUG (UK Oracle User Group).

2016

As a result of a growing reputation, the company created partnerships with global systems integrators to improve service offerings. Due to an increasing client base, a London office was established, and an offshore team based in India was formed.

2017

Validation of the good work that Walpole Partnership was doing came by winning the UKOUG Silver CX Partner of the Year Award (which was to be the first of many). Other firsts this year included the company winning its first business in the Middle East alongside clients in the Healthcare, High-Tech and Telecoms industries.

2018

Busy with many projects on the go, Walpole Partnership went through a period of consolidation but still managed to pick up its first client in Russia and its first industrial manufacturing client.

2019

Walpole Partnership became a Salesforce Partner and started working on its first OIC (Oracle Integrated Cloud) implementation. The company also started to implement EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) systems.

2020

We were well versed in remote working before the rest of the world joined our Zoom party, but we moved out of our offices and into our homes.

2021

After being in business for almost 8 years, it was time for Walpole Partnership to rebrand and have a new website. The process resulted in a more contemporary and dynamic brand which is used and reflected throughout the website, and which will certainly serve the company well through the next phase of their growth.

2022

Our planned growth was particularly significant in 2022 as Walpole Partnership started to focus on implementing Subscription Management in addition to CPQ. As a result, the onshore and offshore delivery teams have grown exponentially.

2023

During 2023 we became a PROS partner, developed our PROS practice and are working on Pricing and CPQ expert topics with our customer who is a world leader in nitrogen and sustainable applications for industrial markets in Europe. In addition, we are providing strategic consultancy, implementation & support services to our PROS customer for their Quote-to-Order projects.

2024

The ground-breaking transition to a CPQ-first Revenue Lifecycle Management approach was made by Walpole Partnership during 2024 in conjunction with their trusted technology vendor partners.

2025

In 2025, Walpole Partnership grew its global team once more across the UK, Europe, and India, strengthening its ability to support clients wherever they connect with us. By investing in our people and expanding our delivery capabilities, we continue to help organisations navigate complex process transformation with confidence.
