We’re delighted to welcome Samir Merdjane to Walpole Partnership as a Techno-Functional Consultant, working at the intersection of data, business process and enterprise systems.
Samir has delivered transformation projects across the reinsurance, insurance, retail and logistics sectors, typically within complex, regulated multinational organisations. He specialises in mapping intricate data flows and transforming fragmented, manual processes into governed, automated solutions.
Combining hands-on data engineering with strong business analysis skills, Samir also incorporates generative AI into his delivery approach to accelerate analysis, documentation and prototyping. Fluent in both French and English, he brings valuable international experience to our customers and project teams.
