This is Jenna Arkwright and she’s Walpole Partnership’s new Project Delivery Manager. She joins us after having a varied career in the Telecoms industry.
Jenna has spent several years at Vodafone in the Enterprise Business Unit, successfully leading B2B sales teams, before moving onto to various process management, project management and change management roles. She has experience of delivering large scale transformation programmes and continual improvement with proven results of enhancing customer experience and realising cost savings. She also has first-hand experience of CRM and ERP implementations.
