2022 is upon us and it’s a great time of year to plan ahead. The holidays give many of us a chance to step away from the day-to-day side of a business and gain some long term perspective .
At Walpole Partnership we never stray too far from our core values of Straightforward integrity, Positive partnerships, Efficient expertise and Progressive agility and the team and I will be sure to embody these in all our actions and interactions this year.
Within this framework the areas I expect us to focus on the most are threefold:
1. We’ll bring increased rigour and discipline to the way we deliver results for our clients, both new and old. We’re strengthening our team in this area with some key hires and we’ll carry on utilising our ‘Kaizen’ approach to continuous improvement!
2. We’ll keep on investing in new partnerships where they will bring value to our clients. There are exciting developments in the world of CPQ from existing and new vendors, as well as adjacent technologies like 3D Visualisation, eCommerce, Revenue and Subscription Management. We’ll continue to enhance our other disciplines of CX, Integrations and EPM too, and will keep working with the best in the industry to ensure more great results for our clients.
3. We’ll strive to develop our people more than ever, enabling leadership, management and technical expertise and experience to make sure our greatest assets remain enthused and rewarded for delivering the very best for our clients, their colleagues and the wider world.
On a personal level I hope to see the global Covid-19 pandemic ease into endemic status, and that we use all the tools and data that science brings to allow us to regain the freedoms we’ve lost, both safely and confidently. I’m certainly looking forward to seeing more of my team and our clients and partners in person later on in the year!
So I wish you all a happy, healthy and prosperous 2022, and I’m keen to hear your goals and ambitions too. If we can help you achieve them in any way, don’t hesitate to ask.
